What are your hours?

We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We are closed on Sundays.

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes. We welcome new clients and their pets. You can complete our New Patient Registration Form online before your first visit to save time.

Do you handle pet emergencies?

Yes. We provide emergency and critical care during business hours. Please call (870) 935-4012 before you arrive so we can prepare for your pet. After hours, contact the nearest emergency veterinary hospital.

Our hospital offers an in-house laboratory, digital x-rays, ultrasound, and endoscopy, allowing us to diagnose many conditions quickly.

Yes. We offer dental exams and professional cleanings under anesthesia, along with guidance on at-home dental care.

What surgical procedures do you perform?

We perform a range of procedures, including spay and neuter surgery, mass removals, wound repair, abdominal surgery, bladder stone removal, and dental extractions.

Does my pet need parasite prevention year-round?

Yes. In Northeast Arkansas, fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes that carry heartworm can be active much of the year, so year-round prevention is recommended.

Do you offer boarding and grooming?

Yes. We offer both boarding and professional grooming at our Jonesboro animal hospital.

Do you offer drop-off appointments?

Yes. Drop-off appointments let you leave your pet with us for the day and pick them up once their care is complete. Please call ahead to schedule.
